The personality and character of the consultants concerned have a decisive influence on the quality of advice provided. That is why S·U·P has developed a selection and qualification programme for its own consultancy staff in the most conscientious and systematic way.
Candidates applying to our firm must prove themselves before an internal assessment committee, according to clearly defined criteria.
Selection is guided by specific requirements: e.g. candidates must come from a first-rate educational institution, have two subjects, above-average examination grades, show sufficient non-academic interests, specific talent as a personnel consultant, a service mentality, a hands-on attitude, an ability to work in a team, charisma and integrity.
