The entire S·U·P organisation is available to every consultant, and he can employ any one of his colleagues as a matrix to increase the quality of his own projects and shorten the time needed to process them. This makes him - in a virtual sense - into an "intrapreneur", able to achieve a maximum of entrepreneurial effect with a minimum of time and effort. On the one hand, he is in control of the entire S·U·P organisation, like a general manager; on the other, his relation to his colleagues is that of a service provider, supplying reciprocal services in a quite personal way, in return for the services which he himself has used.
